fastcgi.logging = 0
cgi.fix_pathinfo=1
cgi.force_redirect =0
cgi.rfc2616_headers=1
然后制作一个批处理文件，运行一下代码：

-extension:php -path:"C:/PHP/php-cgi.exe"
将C:/PHP/php-cgi.exe替换成自己的安装路径!
如果你在使用phpMyadmin 3.1.0rc版，需要将.libraries/select_lang.lib.php 则需要将147，148行的
